Please use the search features on this website to look for homes on the MLS in EstesPark, the surrounding areas and all of Northern Colorado.  One of the best services I provide is an automatic notification that emails you new properties that fit your criteria the day they come on the market.  I set up your own website where you login to view photos and facts sheets.  Please follow the Find My Dream Home link for this service.  When you are ready to look, I make arrangements to view selected properties at times that are convenient to YOU!  I help you determine if you have found the right home by providing you with the latest market information.  I can perform a CMA on the property you are interested in to determine if the asking price is accurate.

 

During The Sale

• Provide referrals to experienced finance professionals and assist with mortgage pre-approval.
•  Inform you of normal expenses associated with the purchase of a home.
• Help you successfully navigate the offer process, and ensure that the offer is promptly presented to the seller for consideration.
• Provide information on the availability of related services, such as appraisal, home inspection, legal, survey, contracting and other services.
• Coordinate all of the details to ensure a smooth transaction.
